REFER A FRIEND PROGRAM |
HERE IS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU TO GET GREAT GOLF EQUIPMENT, AND KEEP UP WITH THE LATEST TECHNOLOGY - AND SAVE EVEN MORE MONEY! MAYBE EVEN GET FREE CLUBS!
A lot of our business comes from very satisfied customers who then tell a friend, or business associate, or relative - and that person also buys from us. As our way of saying "Thank You", as well as to encourage more referral business, we recently instituted this program.
Here's how it works. You tell a friend (or relative, or business associate) about us. They make a purchase. We'll give you a credit of 10% of what they spend towards any future purchases you make.
For example, you tell your brother about the great clubs/great deal you got on our web site. He then buys a Titanium driver and a set of irons. Let's say he spends $400. You get $40 off your next purchase.
So the next time you order, say a $199 set of irons, you will pay only $159. Or maybe you'll want to get a free Sand Wedge or Lob Wedge.
It wouldn't take too many referrals to get a free Titanium driver or free set of irons.
Here's some program guidelines/procedures that hopefully will clarify certain situations. Obviously if you have a question, please E-mail us at Tander774@aol.com.
1. Definition of purchase amount: The amount of money your referral spends, excluding shipping costs and taxes.
2. The intent is to give you credit for your referral business towards any future orders you make. However, if you have very recently bought something from us, (within the last 30 days), we will give you the credit by crediting your credit card. (If you ask us, and assuming you paid by credit card.) To explain: You buy a $199 set of irons today. You tell two people who both buy clubs within 30 days. Their purchase total is $600. We'll immediately credit your card $60. (Obviously if they don't purchase within that 30 day period, you still have the $60 credit towards any future purchases you make.)
3. You need to tell us who you referred to us, (preferably by E-mail), or just have them mention your name and E-mail (or address or phone number) when they place their order. This can be done in the Comments section on the order form, or by E-mail or phone.
If you think you might feel "uncomfortable" asking them to give your name when ordering (so you can get a discount), DON'T! They can get the same 10% discount deal for any friends they tell.
4. The person you refer to us can not have bought from us previously.
5. READ THIS! If a person you referred to us buys 10 things over the next five years, you get credit for all of those purchases. Thus in this case, you would be getting discounts over the next 5 years, for that one referral you made.
6. We need to set a time limit for you to use your credits. You must use your credit within 2 years of when the credit occurs. So let's say you refer Joe Blow to us, and he buys a $350 set of irons on March 5, 2000. Joe also buys a $150 Titanium driver and another $350 set of irons 3 years later on June 3, 2003. In this example, you would have to take the $35 credit by march 5, 2002; and the $50 credit by June 3, 2005.
